License Renewal Instructions – Updating an Online Account

Changing Email Address (previous on-line registrants)

No longer have access to the email address you previously used to create an account? Or you just want to update your email to a new address?

If you do not remember your previous email address used to log into the online system, please contact Board staff to request your email address be updated.

If you know the original email address and password, you can update your email address in the profile section. Following the instructions below:

Change E-mail Address: Instructions

  1. Using your old email and password, log in to the on-line renewal computer
  2. Once logged in: On the left side of the page, select “View User Profile.”

3. Select the “Edit” button for the “User ID” and follow instructions.
