Live Hours

Eight of the 16 required hours must be courses that the optometrist physically attended. A “live webinar” also counts as a live course. Such a course is presented over the Internet at a specific date and time with two way communications. The courses listed on the “Live Courses” list of approved courses on the website will count as live courses. Note that some courses are presented as a “live webinar” on a specific date and time, and then later as an available anytime regular Internet course. The regular Internet course will not be given live credit.
