Step 1: Did you take and pass NBEO Part III on or after June 1994?
If yes, go to Instruction and Application Links page. If the answer is no, go to Step 2.
Step 2: Have you practiced therapeutic optometry in another state for 5 of the last 7 years (or for the same period, engaged in full time teaching at a college of optometry or medicine)?
If yes, go to Instruction and Application Links page for the License Without Exam process, Board Rule 271.5.
